Food Production Assembler Job Description
Food Production Assembler Responsibilities:
- Preparation of food by hand
- Mixing ingredients
- Properly handling in accordance with USDA
- Properly using small tools to product
- Keeping area clean & sanitized
- Follow Good Manufacturing Guidelines (GMP)
- Follow (Personal Protective Equipment)PPE, including anti-skid shoes, hair/beard nets
Food Production Assembler Skills:
- Ability to work in cool temperatures (aprox 35 degrees)
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift & carry food supplies to work department
- Ability to do repetitive work for extended periods
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Basic food knowledge
High school diploma or equivalent
